About Our Organization
Our chaplains bring with them a lifetime of experience, training, and skills that make them a vital asset to the emergency services community. We have chaplains who are available and minister to people during illness, serious injury, and death. Chaplains International chaplains have responded during many national disasters, providing comfort and aid. During the recent flooding in Texas and the recent fire in Paradise, California, and school shooting in Texas, our chaplains were there assisting. Chaplains International is active in establishing new districts and advancing the kingdom's work through chaplaincy. Our chaplains serve in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, state prisons, the Tennessee Department of Investigation, law enforcement, fire service, and healthcare.
Chaplain Code of Ethics
Our chaplains are required to follow a strict code of ethics and must adhere to confidentiality rules. Many of our chaplains receive training in crisis intervention, domestic violence resolution, suicide prevention, administering death notifications, and stress management.
Continued Education Programs
Through the Chaplaincy Training Institute, our chaplains have the opportunity to continue their education at a discounted rate. For those who have minimal chaplain experience or experienced chaplains who are looking for refresher training or would like to increase their skills as a chaplain and Christian Counselor, CTI offers a 30-hour certification program.
