Making A Difference Worldwide Since 2006
Lifetime of Experience
Our chaplains bring with them a lifetime of experience, training, and skills that make them a vital asset to the emergency services community. We have chaplains who are available and minister to people during illness, serious injury, and death.
Chaplain Code of Ethics
Our chaplains are required to follow a strict code of ethics and must adhere to confidentiality rules. Many of our chaplains receive training in crisis intervention, domestic violence resolution, suicide prevention, administering death notifications, and stress management.
Our Chaplains offers a simple program where you can continue to serve in your community working with your local churches. Whether you are involved in prison ministry, elder care, hospital, or community events, we come alongside and provide emotional and educational support. Learn more here
Who we are and why you should you become a licensed chaplain?
We are a licensing body organized as a fellowship of chaplains and pastors. Though some churches are under our banner, our primary focus is expanding the chaplain's role and responding to people in crisis. The chaplain provides a ministry of presence in times of grief and tragic loss. The chaplain steps outside the church's walls to minister to people where they are during their darkest moments. The chaplain is a ministry that reaches into a person's heart and shares their life journey bringing them joy and hope and letting them know they matter.
Chaplaincy Training Institute Chaplain Certification Program
Subsidiary of Chaplains College School of Graduate Studies/Earn 4 college credits
Since 2006, the Chaplaincy Training Institute has been a Christian training leader for chaplains in their community and industry. In today's world of natural disasters and emotional crises, the art of communication and understanding the liability that comes with the chaplain's work is paramount. All too often, new chaplains are relieved from duty because they do not understand the protocols of the industry they are serving. The CTI Basic Certification Program is a powerful learning tool to help you advance your ministry. With CTI, you can be confident that you are learning from some of the best and most experienced instructors in the field of chaplaincy. Whether you are looking to become a prison, hospital, law enforcement, community care, or church chaplain, CTI teaches the essential skills you need to become a qualified chaplain. This training is excellent for those seeking to become a volunteer or full-time chaplain.

Important notice: Unfortunately, we are forced to post this legal warning of counterfeit organizations and mills misusing our name for profit.
While there are many fine chaplain organizations to choose from, unscrupulous entities do what they do, for-profit and coattail off legitimate denominations and fellowships, misrepresenting themselves by using similar names, and stealing web content in an attempt to make their presence on the web appear legit. This notice informs the general public of organizations and credential mills on the internet misrepresenting themselves as Chaplain International, Inc. They do so by purchasing domain names that are similar or identical to CHAPLAINS INTERNATIONAL, such as www.chaplaininternational.com, www.chaplainsinternational.org, or incorporating Chaplains International into their overall name, rerouting web traffic to their domain for profit. THESE COUNTERFEIT ORGANIZATIONS ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH OR ENDORSED BY CHAPLAINS INTERNATIONAL, INC. or its affiliates, and we are not responsible for their misrepresentation or actions. WE HAVE ISSUED THROUGH OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT CEASE AND DESIST LETTERS TO THESE ORGANIZATIONS, some who have blatantly refused to cease use of the trademark name. We are the original Chaplains International founded in 2006 /501(c) (3)/, and our logo is a trademarked.
