In April 2009 Chaplains College of Pastoral Ministry implemented the first on site school of ministry program at the Taft Federal Correctional Institution located in Taft California. In July of 2010 12 men received their Associate Degree in Pastoral Ministry and 3 men earned their Advance Diploma in Pastoral Ministry. Students were sponsored by Chaplains College and Chaplains International at no cost to the correctional facility or the United States Government.
